PROJECT MANAGER
Internal & External Exhibitions
Led technical execution and production management of 14 internal immersive media exhibitions across digital art spaces (NYC, DC, and Houston), including the buildout and opening of ARTECHOUSE Houston, 20+ events and venue takeovers, and a major permanent installation with educational partner.
Managed project budgets ranging from $50K-$500K, overseeing scheduling, pre-production planning, contractors, vendor coordination, and artist asset management.
Supervised on-site technical teams during installation and commissioning. Assisted hands-on with buildout, systems integration, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Collaborated with artists, engineers, and fabricators to align creative and technical implementation, maintaining cross-department communication between studio, operations, and engineering teams.
Developed and maintained standardized procedures for content delivery, QC, and client asset handoff across multiple venues.
Organized and integrated artist content and team deliverables into multi-node playback system, ensuring quality assurance across large-scale projection environments.
Led vendor, client, and artist logistics including COI management, invoicing, licensing, and scheduling.
Supported on-site technical operations staff for the long term maintenance of exhibition hardware.

Touring Productions & Events
Designed and executed touring video and live camera systems for nationally recognized artists and large-scale events.
Balanced creative development with technical execution, overseeing scenic, video, and lighting workflows from concept to deployment, working with technical crews during pre-production, rehearsals, and touring operations.
Managed vendor and client relationships, budgets, and fabrication timelines.
Collaborated with directors and content teams to integrate cohesive visual systems across video and lighting. Supporting concept development, pre-visualization, and lighting + video integration.

Experiential Projects
Directed research initiatives in immersive experience design, focusing on environmental sustainability, scientific communication through data-visualization, and public engagement.
Established and equipped real-time visualization and XR research lab at Arizona State University’s Media & Immersive eXperience (MIX) Center.
Developed data-driven visualization systems using environmental and urban data for public-facing installations and activations.
Designed and implemented custom ICVFX and projection workflows for virtual production and real-time media applications.
Led the technical production and student direction for collaboration between ASU and Nova Sky Stories to deliver a 600-drone halftime show, including the design of a proprietary pre-visualization tool.

Lighting & Video Production
Developed visual design concepts, stage renderings, and CAD documentation for tours, festivals, and custom installations, supporting the business development by producing high-impact concept designs and client presentations that secured new accounts.
Created and programmed LED and media playback systems, managing calibration, mapping, and live operation during touring productions.
